- 8 cups Rice Chex™ or Corn Chex™ cereal
- 2 bags (12 oz each) white vanilla baking chips (4 cups)
- 2 tablespoons pink edible glitter
- Place cereal in a large bowl lined with foil or waxed paper.
- In a medium microwave-safe bowl, heat white vanilla baking chips uncovered on High for about 2 minutes, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth. Drizzle over cereal in the bowl and mix until well coated.
- Spread the mixture in a single layer on a cookie sheet, then sprinkle with edible glitter. Allow it to set for about 20 minutes before gently breaking it up and storing it in an airtight container.
