Whip up a luscious no-bake pineapple cream cheese pie using just a few simple ingredients like cream cheese, crushed pineapple, Jell-O, and whipped topping. Ideal for making in advance!
Ingredients:
  • 1 (20 ounce) can crushed pineapple with juice
  • 1 (6 ounce) package pineapple Jell-O®
  • 1 (12 ounce) container whipped cream cheese
  • 1 (8 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
  • 1 (9 inch) pie crust, baked
Instructions:
  • Separate pineapple juice into a microwave-safe bowl and set fruit aside. Microwave juice for 1 minute. Mix in Jell-O gelatin until fully dissolved; set aside.
  • In a large bowl, whip together cream cheese and whipped topping until perfectly smooth. Add crushed pineapple and mix well. Gently fold in the gelatin mixture until fully combined.
  • Transfer the mixture into the prebaked pie crust. Refrigerate until the filling is firm, about 4 to 5 hours.
