Toast to the holidays with a festive cranberry and pomegranate cocktail.
Ingredients:
  • 500.00 ml cranberry and pomegranate juice
  • 20.00 gm caster sugar
  • 82.50 ml orange liqueur
  • 750ml bottle sparkling white wine, chilled
  • 2000.00 ml ice cubes
  • 1 small orange, cut into 8 thin slices
  • 165.00 ml frozen pomegranate seeds
  • Fresh mint leaves, to serve
Instructions:
  • In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine the juice and sugar. Stir continuously for 2 to 3 minutes until the sugar is fully dissolved. Allow the mixture to cool completely.
  • In a large jug, mix together the juice mixture, liqueur, and sparkling wine. Divide ice cubes and orange slices among 8 glasses. Pour the juice mixture into the glasses. Garnish with pomegranate seeds and mint. Serve and enjoy!
