Create quick and delicious cinnamon rolls using a bread machine for easy dough preparation before baking to perfection in the oven.
Ingredients:
  • 1 cup water
  • 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 2 tablespoons nonfat dry milk powder
  • 3.5 tablespoons white sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoons active dry yeast
  • 0.33333334326744 cup white sugar
  • 0.75 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 3 tablespoons butter, softened
Instructions:
  • Add water, oil, dry milk powder, 3 1/2 tablespoons sugar, salt, flour, and yeast to the bread machine following the manufacturer's instructions. Select the Dough cycle and once finished, transfer the dough to a floured work surface.
  • Combine the 1/3 cup of sugar with cinnamon in a bowl, and set it aside. Grease a 9x13 inch pan with cooking spray.
  • Roll out the dough into a 10x15 inch rectangle. Spread the softened butter evenly over the dough and sprinkle with the sugar-cinnamon mixture. Roll the dough into a tight roll from the long side. Cut into 12 slices about 3/4 inch thick and place in the prepared baking pan, ensuring they are close together. Cover with a cloth and let rise in a warm place for 30 to 60 minutes, until doubled in size.
  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) to ensure the perfect cooking temperature.
  • Bake the rolls in the preheated oven until golden brown on top, for 15 to 20 minutes.
