Baked chicken and mozzarella ravioli with creamy Alfredo sauce.
Ingredients:
  • 1 (25 ounce) package frozen cheese ravioli
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 3 skinless, boneless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 2 tablespoons Italian seasoning
  • 1 (16 ounce) jar prepared Alfredo sauce
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 0.25 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions:
  • - Preheat your oven to a toasty 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  • Boil the ravioli in a pot of salted boiling water until it floats and the filling is hot, about 6 to 8 minutes. Drain the ravioli.
  • In a skillet over medium heat, melt the butter and add the chicken. Season with Italian seasoning and cook, stirring, until the chicken is cooked through, about 15 minutes.
  • Begin by gracefully spreading a luscious 1/2 cup of Alfredo sauce in the awaiting baking dish. Nicely lay out ravioli over the sauce to fully coat the bottom. Gently place half of the cooked chicken on top. Sprinkle on 1 cup of mozzarella cheese and season delicately with salt and pepper. Continue this delightful layering process until all ingredients are used up.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes until heated through and the mozzarella cheese is melted. Sprinkle evenly with Parmesan and cook for an additional 5 minutes before serving.
