Irresistibly easy and fun breakfast loved by all ages.
Ingredients:
  • 1 bunch of asparagus
  • 4 large free-range eggs
  • sea salt
  • freshly ground black pepper
  • crusty bread
Instructions:
  • Heat a large griddle pan over high heat. Trim woody ends off asparagus and add to the pan in a single layer. Cook for 3 to 5 minutes until tender, turning occasionally. Meanwhile, boil eggs for about 3 minutes for runny yolks. Serve eggs in cups, tap gently with a spoon to crack, and serve immediately with griddled asparagus, salt, pepper, and bread for dipping.
