Delicious baked salmon with oyster sauce, sherry, and shiitake mushrooms for a unique and flavorful meal.
Ingredients:
  • 2 cups dried shiitake mushrooms
  • 1 cup oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sherry
  • 2 pounds salmon fillets
Instructions:
  • Place mushrooms in a bowl and cover with boiling water for 20 minutes. Discard stems. Add oyster sauce and sherry, then stir well. Allow flavors to meld for 10 to 20 minutes.
  • Preheat your oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C. Line a large baking dish with foil and lightly grease it with olive oil or nonstick cooking spray.
  • Nestle salmon fillets in the baking dish and generously pour the flavorful mushroom mixture on top.
  • Cook the salmon in the preheated oven until the fish easily flakes, around 10 to 12 minutes. Optionally, broil the salmon for 1 to 2 minutes at the end to sear the coating.
