Tropical Lemon Bundt® cake with Key lime juice and lemon pudding mix for a zesty, unique flavor.
Ingredients:
  • 1 (18.25 ounce) package lemon cake mix
  • 1 (3 ounce) package instant lemon pudding mix
  • 0.75 cup water
  • 0.5 cup vegetable oil
  • 4 eggs
  • 5 tablespoons key lime juice
  • 1.5 cups confectioners' sugar
  • 3 tablespoons key lime juice
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to a perfect 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) while you lightly grease either a 9x13 inch cake pan or a 10 inch bundt pan.
  • Combine lemon cake mix, lemon instant pudding, water, oil, eggs, and 5 tablespoons key lime juice in a large bowl. Mix thoroughly until well combined, then transfer the batter into the prepared pan.
  • Bake cake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 45 minutes, then drizzle warm cake with key lime glaze.
  • Prepare the glaze by combining confectioner's sugar with 3 tablespoons of key lime juice, adjusting the consistency as needed. Drizzle the glaze over the warm cake.
