Spicy kale pesto with pine nuts, Parmesan, and habanero-infused olive oil for a delicious twist on a classic favorite.
Ingredients:
  • 1 bunch lacinato (dinosaur) kale, stems removed
  • 0.5 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 0.33333334326744 cup pine nuts
  • 0.25 cup habanero-infused extra-virgin olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons Meyer lemon juice
  • 2 pinches freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 pinch kosher salt
Instructions:
  • Combine fresh kale leaves, tangy Parmesan cheese, toasted pine nuts, extra virgin olive oil, pungent garlic, zesty lemon juice, bold black pepper, and flavorful kosher salt in a food processor. Blend for 30 to 60 seconds until the mixture reaches a smooth pesto-like consistency.
