Ingredients:
3tablespoons butter
1cupchoppedonion
1clovegarlic, minced
1poundground beef
2 medium tomatoes, chopped
1cupfrozen peas
1tablespoonMasala curry powder
1.5 teaspoons salt
1teaspoonpaprika
0.5 teaspoonchili powder
1pinchgroundblack pepper
0.25 cupflaked coconut, or to taste
Instructions:
In a skillet over medium heat, melt butter. Add onion and garlic, cook and stir until onion is translucent, about 3 to 5 minutes. Mix in beef and cook until crumbly and no longer pink, about 5 to 10 minutes. Drain excess fat.
Combine tomatoes, peas, curry powder, salt, paprika, chili powder, and pepper with the beef mixture. Simmer until thickened, approximately 20 minutes. Sprinkle with coconut before serving.
