Try a refreshing twist on the Moscow Mule with tangy kombucha instead of ginger beer for a balanced flavor profile.
Ingredients:
  • 1.5 cups ice
  • 0.5 fluid ounce freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 2 fluid ounces vodka
  • 4 ounces ginger-flavored Kombucha (such as KeVita®Master Brew Ginger)
  • 1 thin lime slice (optional)
Instructions:
  • In a copper mule mug filled with ice, combine lime juice and vodka. Pour ginger kombucha on top, gently stir, and garnish with a lime slice.
