Make a delicious Indian-inspired korma pork burger patty at home for a unique take on a classic dish!
Ingredients:
  • 500g Pork Mince
  • 28.00 gm korma curry paste
  • 20.00 ml Greek-style yoghurt
  • 18.20 gm olive oil
  • 2 Lebanese cucumber, halved lengthways, seeded, thinly sliced
  • 4 radishes, thinly sliced
  • 2 spring onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 lemon, zested
  • 20.00 ml chopped mint
  • 40.00 ml Greek-style yoghurt, extra
  • 60g pkt Baby Spinach
  • 4 Brioche Buns, split, toasted
Instructions:
  • Mix together the minced meat, curry paste, and yogurt in a big bowl. Shape the mixture into 4 equally sized patties.
  • In a large frying pan over medium heat, heat the oil until shimmering. Cook the patties for 4 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and thoroughly cooked.
  • In a small bowl, mix together the cucumber, radish, spring onion, lemon zest, mint, and extra yogurt.
  • On serving plates, assemble by placing bun bases, topping with spinach, patties, and cucumber mixture. Season to taste, then finish by adding bun tops before serving.
