Preheat deep-fryer to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
Combine egg yolks, sour cream, sugar, vanilla, and whiskey in a large bowl, beat until smooth. Stir in flour until dough is stiff. Transfer dough to floured surface, knead until smooth. Add more flour if needed. Divide dough into 3-4 pieces, roll each into a ball. Cut into 3-inch strips, then slit each strip lengthwise. Shape into bow-like twists.
Fry until crispy and golden. Drain on paper towels and dust with confectioners' sugar.
