Delicious cardamom ice cream with a creamy, bread-infused twist, topped with a cloud of whipped cream.
Ingredients:
  • 1.25 cups evaporated milk
  • 1.25 cups sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 (16 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
  • 4 slices white bread, torn into pieces
  • 0.5 teaspoon ground cardamom
Instructions:
  • Blend together evaporated milk, condensed milk, and whipped topping in a blender until smooth, then add pieces of bread and blend until fully incorporated.
  • Transfer the mixture to a 9x13 inch baking dish or two plastic ice cube trays, sprinkle generously with cardamom, and freeze for 8 hours or overnight.
