Effortlessly delicious - simply drain, drizzle, and enjoy!
Ingredients:
  • 500g Greek Style Yoghurt
  • 1 garlic clove, crushed
  • 1.20 gm salt
  • Extra virgin olive oil, to serve
  • Melba toasts, to serve
Instructions:
  • In a bowl, mix together the yoghurt, garlic, and salt. Place a colander or sieve lined with wet muslin over another bowl. Pour the yoghurt mixture into the colander. Cover and refrigerate overnight to allow it to drain. (See note for details.)
  • Transfer the creamy yogurt mixture into a bowl and generously drizzle with high-quality oil. Enjoy with crispy melba toasts on the side.
