Labne dip with pistachio dukkah

Indulge in creamy labne dip topped with pistachio dukkah for an elegant antipasto spread.
Ingredients:
  • 500g Dairy Greek Yoghurt
  • 2.40 gm sea salt
  • 20.00 ml pistachio dukkah
  • 1.25 gm smoked paprika
  • 9.20 gm extra virgin olive oil
Instructions:
  • Line a sieve with 4 sheets of paper towel or a piece of muslin and place over a bowl. Mix yoghurt and salt in a bowl, and then transfer the mixture to the sieve. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
  • Pour yoghurt into a serving bowl, getting rid of excess liquid. Gently mix the yoghurt to slightly soften. Sprinkle dukkah and paprika on top. Drizzle with oil and season with salt and pepper. Serve and enjoy.
