Whipped Lebanese cream cheese with olive oil, olives, tomatoes, cucumbers, and mint. Enjoy as a spread on pita bread or as a flavorful plate garnished with fresh ingredients.
Ingredients:
  • 16 cups plain yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon salt, or to taste
  • 0.25 cup olive oil
Instructions:
  • Prepare a large colander by lining it with a cheesecloth. Mix salt into the yogurt, then pour the yogurt into the cheesecloth-lined colander. Place the colander in a sink or bowl to collect the liquid. Let it drain for 24 hours.
  • Transfer the drained cheese to a bowl and gently stir in the olive oil. Keep it covered in the refrigerator.
