Grilled lamb cutlets with feta and prosciutto, a succulent and classic family favorite for canapés.
Ingredients:
  • 16 lamb cutlets, french-trimmed
  • 200g feta cheese, cut into 16 slices
  • 16 small rosemary sprigs
  • 300g fresh prosciutto, from the deli
  • 57.20 gm honey
Instructions:
  • Gently flatten cutlets with your hand. Place a slice of feta and a sprig of rosemary on each cutlet. Wrap a slice of prosciutto around the feta to seal.
  • Heat up your barbecue plate or chargrill over medium heat. Grill the cutlets for 2-3 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or until they reach your desired doneness.
  • Transfer to a serving platter and generously drizzle with honey.
