Grilled lamb cutlets topped with feta and prosciutto for a succulent and flavorful appetizer or light meal.
Ingredients:
  • 16 lamb cutlets, french-trimmed
  • 200g fetta cheese, cut into 16 slices
  • 16 small rosemary sprigs
  • 300g fresh prosciutto, from the deli
  • 57.20 gm honey
Instructions:
  • Gently flatten the cutlets. Place a slice of feta and a sprig of rosemary on each cutlet. Wrap a slice of prosciutto around the feta to seal it.
  • Heat up your barbecue plate or chargrill over medium heat. Grill the cutlets for 2-3 minutes on each side for a medium-rare doneness, or to your desired level of doneness.
  • Transfer to a serving platter and generously drizzle with honey.
