Savor tender, flavorful lamb shanks with minimal effort for a satisfying family dinner.
Ingredients:
  • 2 x 900g pkts Made Easy Australian Slow Cooked Lamb Shanks
  • 510.00 gm Brand Real Chicken Stock
  • 500.00 gm water
  • 150.00 gm instant polenta
  • 165.00 ml Parmesan Cheese Shredded
  • Flat-leaf parsley, chopped, to serve
  • Buttered steamed peas, to serve
  • Kale, to serve
Instructions:
  • Prepare 2 packets of Coles Made Easy Australian Slow Cooked Lamb Shanks as per the packet directions for a satisfying meal for four.
  • Heat 2 cups Coles Brand Real Chicken Stock and 2 cups water in a saucepan until boiling, then lower the heat. Add 1 cup instant polenta and cook for 4-5 minutes until smooth. Take off the heat and mix in 2/3 cup Coles Brand Australian Parmesan Cheese Shredded. Season to taste.
  • Garnish lamb shanks with freshly chopped flat-leaf parsley and accompany with creamy polenta, buttery steamed peas, and kale.
