Grilled lamb sliders with cumin, coriander seasoned patties, feta cheese, spinach, and tzatziki.
Ingredients:
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 0.25 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 0.25 teaspoon ground coriander
  • 0.25 teaspoon ground allspice
  • 0.25 teaspoon salt, or to taste
  • 0.25 teaspoon ground black pepper, or to taste
  • 1 pound ground lamb
  • 8 small slider-size rolls, split
  • 1 cup baby spinach
  • 0.5 cup tzatziki sauce
  • 0.25 cup sliced red onion
  • 0.25 cup crumbled feta cheese
Instructions:
  • Heat up your outdoor grill until it reaches a medium-high temperature, then lightly oil the grate.
  • Combine garlic, cumin, coriander, allspice, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Mix in the lamb until well combined, then shape into 2-ounce patties.
  • Grill patties until fully cooked, about 2 to 3 minutes per side or until an instant-read thermometer reaches 160°F (70°C). Toast rolls on the grill for 1 to 2 minutes until crisp.
  • Assemble each roll with layers of spinach, tzatziki sauce, lamb patty, red onion, and feta cheese to craft a mouthwatering slider.
