Indulgent candy cane dessert with Oreo crust, creamy mint layer, cheesecake pudding, whipped topping, and crushed candy canes. Perfect for potlucks and holiday parties.
Ingredients:
  • 1 (13.29 ounce) package Oreo Chocolate Sandwich Cookies
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 1 1/2 cups confectioner’s sugar, divided
  • 4 tablespoons marshmallow fluff
  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 8 full-size candy canes, crushed, divided (about 4 ounces)
  • 2 (3.4 ounce) boxes cheesecake flavored instant pudding
  • 2 1/2 cups cold whole milk
Instructions:
  • Place Oreos in a food processor and pulse until finely crushed. Mix the crushed Oreos with melted butter until well combined. Press the mixture firmly into a 9x13-inch pan and refrigerate.
  • In a large bowl, combine heavy whipping cream and 1/2 cup confectioner’s sugar. Whip on high speed until soft peaks form. In a microwave-safe bowl, heat marshmallow fluff for about 10 seconds until just melted. Beat the warm marshmallow fluff into the whipped cream until stiff peaks form. Set aside.
  • In a separate large bowl, combine cream cheese and the remaining 1 cup of powdered sugar, beating until fluffy. Gently fold in half of the whipped topping and half of the crushed candy canes until well mixed. Set the mixture aside.
  • Combine cheesecake flavored instant pudding mix with cold milk in a large bowl and beat for about 2 minutes until set.
  • Retrieve the Oreo crust from the refrigerator. Spread on the creamy mixture of cream cheese and candy canes, followed by the cheesecake pudding, and finish by topping with the remaining whipped topping. Chill for a minimum of 5 hours. Just before serving, sprinkle the rest of the crushed candy canes on top (if added earlier, the candy canes might bleed color and meld with the topping).
