Delicious layered bars with rich chocolate chunks, crunchy toffee bits, sweet coconut, and creamy peanut butter, all topped with colorful candy-coated chocolates for a festive twist.
Ingredients:
  • PAM® Coconut Oil No-Stick Cooking Spray
  • 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 0.25 cup Peter Pan® Crunchy Peanut Butter, melted
  • 11 whole graham crackers, crushed into fine crumbs
  • 0.5 cup Parkay® Original Spread-tub, melted
  • 1 cup semisweet chocolate chunks
  • 0.25 cup toffee bits
  • 1.25 cups flaked coconut
  • 0.25 cup red and green candy-coated chocolate pieces
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Line a 13x9-inch baking dish with aluminum foil and give it a quick spray of cooking spray for easy cleanup.
  • In a small bowl, mix together sweetened condensed milk and peanut butter. Set aside. In another bowl, blend together crumbs and Parkay. Press the crumb mixture into the bottom of the dish.
  • Cover the crust with a delightful mix of chocolate chunks, toffee bits, and coconut. Pour the peanut butter mixture evenly over the coconut layer. Finish by sprinkling with more chocolate pieces.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes until bubbly and golden brown. Allow to cool fully, then lift from the dish, discard the foil, and slice into 30 bars.
