Create gluten-free magic cookie bars by crafting a peanut butter base with 3 ingredients, topping with chocolate chips, nuts, and coconut for a luxurious indulgence.
Ingredients:
  • 2 cups white sugar
  • 2 cups peanut butter
  • 0.75 cup semisweet chocolate chips
  • 0.75 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 0.5 cup chopped raw pecans
  • 0.5 cup chopped raw almonds
  • 1 cup flaked coconut
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C and line a 9x13-inch glass baking dish with parchment paper.
  • Combine sugar and eggs in a bowl, mixing until smooth. Stir in peanut butter until fully incorporated. Pour the peanut butter mixture into the prepared baking dish.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 8 minutes, until the cookie base is partially cooked.
  • Create a decadent layer by sprinkling semisweet and dark chocolate chips, pecans, almonds, and coconut over the cookie base. Drizzle the sweetened condensed milk evenly on top for a lusciously sweet finish.
  • Bake in the oven until coconut is lightly toasted, approximately 30 minutes.
  • Allow the cookie bars to cool completely in the pan. Once cooled, gently remove them by peeling off the parchment paper. Cut into small squares using a sharp knife.
