Fun and nostalgic individual treats that will make you feel like a kid again.
Ingredients:
  • 85g Original Strawberry jelly crystals
  • 425g can fruit salad, well drained
  • 9 sponge fingers biscuits (savoiardi), chopped
  • 600ml carton custard
  • Strawberries, to serve
Instructions:
  • Prepare the jelly as directed on the packet and let it cool slightly. Divide the fruit evenly into 6 small glasses, then pour the jelly over the fruit. Refrigerate for 3-4 hours until set.
  • Evenly sprinkle the biscuits over the jelly, then pour the custard on top. Refrigerate for 2-3 hours to let the biscuits soften.
  • Serve topped with fresh, vibrant strawberries.
