  • 200g Uncle Ben's® Microwave Brown Rice, heated following packet instructions

Instructions:
  • In a frying pan, heat oil until shimmering, then sauté onions until soft and translucent. Add the mince and cook until browned and fully cooked.
  • Gradually mix in the spinach with the mince. The spinach will wilt as it cooks.
  • Combine the spices thoroughly into the mixture. Cover and let it simmer over low heat for 5 minutes.
  • Sprinkle poppy seeds over rice before cooking as directed on the packet.
  • Serve a delectable blend of savory mince and vibrant spinach alongside fluffy rice.
