Lemon-lime soda and instant pudding create a moist and flavorful lemon cake.
Ingredients:
  • 1 (18.25 ounce) package lemon cake mix
  • 1 (3.4 ounce) package instant lemon pudding mix
  • 0.75 cup vegetable oil
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup lemon-lime flavored carbonated beverage
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C) and generously grease and flour a 10-inch Bundt pan.
  • In a large bowl, mix together cake mix and pudding mix. Add oil and stir. Beat in eggs one at a time, then mix in the lemon-lime soda.
  • Transfer the batter into the prepared pan. Bake in the preheated oven for 45-50 minutes until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Let it cool before serving.
