Deliciously moist lemon Bundt cake bursting with fresh citrus flavors, perfect for a bright and refreshing spring treat.
Ingredients:
  • 1 cup butter, softened
  • 2 cups white sugar
  • 5 large eggs
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 0.25 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 1 large lemon, zested
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 325°F (165°C) and prepare a fluted tube pan by greasing and flouring it, like a Bundt pan.
  • Using an electric mixer, beat butter and sugar in a large bowl until light and fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, alternating with flour, making sure each addition is well blended. Mix in lemon juice and zest until just combined, then pour batter into the prepared pan.
  • Bake in a preheated oven for 45-55 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
