An old family favorite recipe that's quick and delicious, perfect for using up pantry ingredients.
Ingredients:
  • 3.5 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 0.66666668653488 cup sugar
  • 2 tablespoons butter, softened
  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 egg yolks, beaten
  • 0.66666668653488 cup milk
  • 2 egg whites
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) for a perfectly crisp and delicious dish.
  • Combine flour and sugar in a large bowl until mixed. Add butter and mix until smooth. Gradually mix in egg yolks, lemon juice, and milk. In a separate bowl, whip egg whites until stiff peaks form. Gently fold egg whites into the lemon mixture. Transfer to a casserole dish.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 35 minutes, or until fully set. Serve either warm or chilled.
