No Bake Lemon-Lime Chiffon Pie

Whip up a refreshing citrus pie with zesty lemon juice and lime gelatin in a no-bake graham cracker crust, made extra creamy with evaporated milk. Bonus: This recipe yields two delicious pies in one go!
Ingredients:
  • 1 (3 ounce) package lime flavored Jell-O® mix
  • 0.5 cup boiling water
  • 1 (12 fluid ounce) can evaporated milk, chilled
  • 0.25 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 1 cup white sugar
  • 2 (9 inch) prepared graham cracker crusts
Instructions:
  • Stir the gelatin into the boiling water in a small bowl until dissolved, then set aside.
  • In a mixer bowl, whip the evaporated milk until stiff peaks form. Mix in the lemon juice and sugar, continue whipping. Fold in the gelatin mixture until well combined. Refrigerate for 1 hour before serving.
  • Gently pour the filling into the crusts and refrigerate until it sets, either for 1 hour or overnight for best results.
