Easy tangy lemon cream cheese frosting made with only 5 ingredients: lemon, cream cheese, butter, vanilla, and sugar.
Ingredients:
  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons lemon zest
  • 5 cups confectioners' sugar
Instructions:
  • In a large bowl, use an electric mixer to blend cream cheese, butter, lemon juice, lemon zest, and vanilla until smooth and fluffy. Gradually add confectioners' sugar, one cup at a time, until you reach your desired consistency.
