Impress your guests with a light and luscious dessert featuring summer fruits atop a yogurt-whipped cream filling. Ideal for sharing with a crowd.
Ingredients:
  • 1 1/2 cups Gold Medal™ all-purpose flour
  • 3/4 cup butter or margarine, cut into pieces
  • 1/3 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons grated lemon peel
  • 1 cup whipping (heavy) cream
  • 3 tablespoons powdered sugar
  • 2 containers (6 ounces each) Yoplait® Original yogurt lemon burst
  • 2 nectarines, sliced
  • 1 cup fresh blackberries
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 350°F. Combine flour, butter, 1/3 cup powdered sugar, and 1 tablespoon of lemon peel in a medium bowl using a pastry blender or two knives until coarse crumbs form. Press the mixture evenly onto the bottom of a 13x9x2-inch rectangular pan.
  • Bake for 20 to 25 minutes until the crust is dry and a light golden brown. Allow to cool completely for about 30 minutes.
  • In a chilled medium bowl, whip together whipping cream, 3 tablespoons powdered sugar, and 1 tablespoon lemon peel until stiff peaks form. Fold in yogurt. Spread over crust. Decorate with nectarines and blackberries. Enjoy immediately or chill in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
  • Cut the dish into 5 rows by 4 rows and store covered in the refrigerator.
