Delicious lemon lush with layers of shortbread crust, creamy cheese, pudding, and whipped topping.
Ingredients:
  • 1 cup butter, softened
  • 2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese
  • 3.5 cups milk
  • 2 (3.4 ounce) packages instant lemon pudding mix
  • 1 (12 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) for the perfect cooking temperature.
  • Combine flour and butter using a pastry cutter in a large bowl until mixture is crumbly, then press into the bottom of a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes until lightly golden. Cool completely for 15 minutes before serving.
  • In a medium bowl, whip the cream cheese and sugar until creamy and fully combined. Spread the mixture evenly over the cooled crust.
  • In a separate medium bowl, vigorously whisk together milk and lemon pudding mix for 3 to 5 minutes. Once smooth, spread over the cream cheese layer. Refrigerate until firm, then finish by topping with whipped cream.
