Lemon Rosemary Salmon

Simple and elegant rosemary lemon baked salmon - perfect for any occasion!
Ingredients:
  • 1 lemon, thinly sliced
  • 4 sprigs fresh rosemary
  • 2 salmon fillets, bones and skin removed
  • coarse salt to taste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil, or as needed
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) for a perfectly crisp and golden finish.
  • In a baking dish, create a bed with half of the lemon slices. Place 2 sprigs of rosemary on top, then add the salmon fillets. Sprinkle with salt, add the remaining rosemary, and top with the remaining lemon slices. Finish by drizzling olive oil over everything.
  • Bake until fish flakes easily with a fork, about 20 minutes in the preheated oven.
