Indulgent strawberry trifle with luscious lemon pudding and airy angel food cake - a delightful blend of flavors.
Ingredients:
  • 2 (3.4 ounce) packages instant lemon pudding mix
  • 2.5 cups Almond Breeze Unsweetened Vanilla Almondmilk
  • 1 (16 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
  • 14 ounces angel food cake
  • 2 pounds sliced fresh strawberries
  • 0.66666668653488 cup lemon curd
Instructions:
  • In a bowl, vigorously mix together lemon pudding mixes and almondmilk for 2 minutes until creamy. Gently fold in 8 oz of whipped topping. Chill in the refrigerator for a minimum of 5 minutes before serving.
  • Slice the angel food cake into bite-sized cubes and keep them ready.
  • In a separate bowl, mix the remaining 8 oz of whipped topping with lemon curd until fully combined. Set aside.
  • Place half of the angel food cake at the base of a large bowl or trifle dish.
  • Cover with a layer of half of the pudding mixture, half of the sliced strawberries, and half of the lemon curd mixture.
  • Layer the ingredients once more.
  • Top the dish with fresh strawberries and lemon slices for added freshness and flavor.
  • Chill in the fridge until you're ready to enjoy.
