Whip up a breeze of a spritzer in no time!
Ingredients:
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 1/2 cups fresh lemon juice (about 8 lemons)
  • 3 cups ginger ale, chilled
Instructions:
  • In a small saucepan, heat sugar and water over medium heat, stirring constantly until the sugar is fully dissolved. Take off the heat and let it cool to room temperature.
  • Incorporate fresh lemon juice and transfer the mixture to an airtight, non-metal container before refrigerating.
  • In a tall glass, combine 1/2 cup of chilled mixture with 1/2 cup of ginger ale. Add ice if desired.
