Zesty lime and sweet cranberry snack balls for a healthy treat.
Ingredients:
  • 165.00 ml dried cranberries
  • 85.00 gm desiccated coconut, plus 2 tbsp to roll
  • 100.00 gm almond meal
  • 33.60 gm coconut oil
  • 27.00 gm maple syrup
  • 1 1/2 tsp lime rind
  • 21.00 gm lime juice
Instructions:
  • Finely chop cranberries in a food processor. Add remaining ingredients and pulse until mixture forms. Shape into 12 balls and coat with extra coconut by rolling them in it.
