Use top-notch Amalfi lemons and 95% pure grain alcohol. The alcohol can be found in most European grocery stores or gerrys.uk.com, but don't drink it straight.
Ingredients:
  • 3 Amalfi lemons
  • 250 ml 95% pure gain alcohol
  • 250 g granulated sugar
Instructions:
  • Peel the lemons and place them in a lidded container with the alcohol to macerate for 1 week. In a large bottle, dissolve the sugar in 750ml of room temperature water. Strain the lemon-infused alcohol into the sugar water, shake well to combine, and serve as a post-meal digestif.
