Moist cookies with tart dried cranberries and sweet white chocolate chips.
Ingredients:
  • 2.25 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 cup butter
  • 0.25 cup white sugar
  • 0.75 cup brown sugar
  • 1 (3.5 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 (6 ounce) package white chocolate chips
  • 0.5 (6 ounce) package dried cranberries
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) and lightly grease two baking sheets before combining flour and baking soda in a bowl.
  • Using an electric mixer, blend together butter, white sugar, brown sugar, and instant pudding until smooth in a large bowl. Incorporate the first egg thoroughly, followed by the vanilla and the second egg. Gently mix in the flour mixture until just combined. Fold in white chocolate chips and cranberries until evenly distributed. Place spoonfuls of dough 2 inches apart on baking sheets.
  • Bake in the preheated oven until the cookie edges turn golden brown, about 9-12 minutes. Allow to cool on the baking sheet for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
