Delmonico Hash Brown Potatoes

Linda's famed family favorite - easy and scrumptious!
Ingredients:
1 (2 pound) packagefrozen hash brown potatoes, thawed
1 (8 ounce) packageprocessed cheese
2cups half-and-half
0.5 cupbutter
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) to get it nice and toasty for your delicious dish.
Spread frozen potatoes evenly in a 13 x 9 inch baking dish.
Melt cheese and butter in a saucepan on the stovetop or in the microwave on low. Once melted, stir in the cream. Pour the mixture over the frozen potatoes and cover the pan with foil.
After 1 hour, uncover and bake for an additional 15 minutes.
