Linda's famed family favorite - easy and scrumptious!
Ingredients:
  • 1 (2 pound) package frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed
  • 1 (8 ounce) package processed cheese
  • 2 cups half-and-half
  • 0.5 cup butter
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) to get it nice and toasty for your delicious dish.
  • Spread frozen potatoes evenly in a 13 x 9 inch baking dish.
  • Melt cheese and butter in a saucepan on the stovetop or in the microwave on low. Once melted, stir in the cream. Pour the mixture over the frozen potatoes and cover the pan with foil.
  • After 1 hour, uncover and bake for an additional 15 minutes.
