Grilled Delmonico steak: 10 oz rib-eyes marinated in herbs and soy, juicy and tender.
Ingredients:
  • 0.25 cup Worcestershire sauce
  • 6 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 3 tablespoons steak seasoning
  • 3 tablespoons steak sauce (e.g. A-1)
  • 2 tablespoons salt
  • 1 tablespoon pepper
  • 1 tablespoon crushed dried rosemary
  • 12 cloves garlic, roughly chopped
  • 0.5 medium onion, chopped
  • 4 (10 ounce) Delmonico (rib-eye) steaks
Instructions:
  • In a food processor, blend together oil, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, steak seasoning, steak sauce, salt, pepper, rosemary, garlic, and onion until smooth.
  • Use a fork to tenderize the steaks on both sides, then transfer them to a spacious glass baking dish. Pour the marinade over the steaks, ensuring they are well coated by flipping them several times. Cover the dish and let it marinate in the refrigerator for a minimum of 3 hours, or ideally overnight.
  • Preheat your outdoor grill to medium heat and lightly oil the grate before cooking.
  • Take the steaks out of the marinade and gently shake off any extra marinade. Dispose of the remaining marinade.
  • Grill steaks covered until they begin to firm up, are hot, and have a slight pink center, approximately 10 minutes each side, until the instant-read thermometer shows 140°F (60°C) for a medium cook.
