Elevate your bar baking game with delectable raspberry bars featuring a unique walnut crust.
Ingredients:
  • 1 cup Gold Medal™ all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup ground walnuts
  • 1/2 cup butter or margarine, softened
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 2/3 cup red raspberry preserves
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 375°F. Combine all ingredients except preserves until crumbly. Press two-thirds of the mixture into the bottom of an ungreased 9x9x2 inch square pan. Spread with preserves, then top with the remaining crumbly mixture and gently press into the preserves.
  • Bake for 20 to 25 minutes until golden brown. Allow to cool for about 1 hour. Cut into 48 bars by slicing into 8 rows by 6 rows, or cut into squares or triangles.
