Ingredients:
  • 6 slices smoked salmon
  • 21.00 gm lemon juice
  • 125.00 ml cottage cheese
  • 12 small cocktail pastry cases
  • 6 quail eggs*, hard-boiled, peeled
  • Paprika, to garnish
Instructions:
  • Cut 12 rounds from the smoked salmon using a 4cm round pastry cutter. Mix the cottage cheese with lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Line pastry shells with smoked salmon, fill with cottage cheese mixture. Top each with half a quail egg, cut-side up, and sprinkle with paprika before serving promptly.
