Delicious egg salad with bacon, celery, onion, relish, and spicy chile-garlic sauce.
Ingredients:
  • 8 ounces bacon
  • 4 stalks celery, minced
  • 0.5 cup mayonnaise
  • 0.25 cup minced yellow onion
  • 1.5 tablespoons sweet pickle relish
  • 1.5 tablespoons prepared yellow mustard
  • 2 teaspoons chile-garlic sauce (such as Sriracha®)
  • 1.5 teaspoons dried dill weed
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 0.5 teaspoon paprika
  • 0.25 teaspoon salt
  • 12 hard boiled eggs, shells removed
Instructions:
  • Cook the bacon in a large skillet over medium-high heat, flipping occasionally, until crispy, for about 10 minutes. Drain the bacon on paper towels and crumble once cooled.
  • Combine bacon, celery, mayonnaise, onion, relish, mustard, chile-garlic sauce, dill, Worcestershire, black pepper, paprika, and salt in a large bowl. Add eggs and use a potato masher to break them into the mixture, then stir well to incorporate.
  • Chill the bowl in the refrigerator, covered with plastic wrap, for at least 1 hour.
