  • 2 whole lobster tail
  • 0.5 (12 fluid ounce) can beer
Instructions:
  • Collect all the necessary ingredients.
  • Bring beer to a boil in a medium saucepan over medium-high heat.
  • Before cooking, split the lobster tails lengthwise if they are still in the shell.
  • Place a steamer basket over the saucepan, then add thawed lobster tails to the basket and cover. Simmer gently for 8 minutes.
