Indulge in a decadent low-carb cheeseburger casserole bursting with beef, Cheddar, and bacon flavors - minus the carbs!
Ingredients:
  • 2 pounds ground beef
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 0.5 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 pound cooked bacon, cut into pieces
  • 8 large eggs
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 (12 ounce) package shredded Cheddar cheese
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to a perfect 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  • In a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat, brown and crumble beef with garlic and onion powder, stirring often, for 5 to 7 minutes. Remove and discard grease.
  • Place the beef in a 9x13-inch casserole pan, then mix in the cooked bacon until evenly distributed and spread the mixture out smoothly.
  • Beat together eggs, cream, salt, and pepper in a bowl until fully mixed. Add 3/4 of the Cheddar cheese and blend. Pour the mixture over beef in the casserole dish, then sprinkle the rest of the Cheddar on top.
  • Bake until the top turns golden brown, about 30-35 minutes in the preheated oven.
