Try an enchanting dessert pizza with Lucky Charms™ for a magically delicious treat.
Ingredients:
  • 1 pouch (17.5 oz) Betty Crocker™ Sugar Cookie Mix
  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 1 cup Lucky Charms™ cereal (without the marshmallows)
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1/2 tub (16 oz) Betty Crocker™ Rich & Creamy Cream Cheese Frosting
  • Green food color
  • Lucky Charms™ cereal marshmallows
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 375°F and generously spray a large cookie sheet with cooking spray.
  • Combine cookie mix, butter, and egg in a large bowl until a dough forms, then gently fold in cereal.
  • Shape dough into a vibrant rainbow on a cookie sheet, aiming for a thickness of 1/4 to 1/2 inch. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes until edges turn golden and center is firm. Allow to cool fully for about 30 minutes.
  • In a large bowl, whip the cream with an electric mixer until soft peaks form. Gently fold in the frosting and food color. Spread the frosting over the cooled crust using an offset spatula. Arrange cereal marshmallows in color-coded rows on top. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
