Ingredients:
  • 600g mixed berries, fresh or frozen
  • 500.00 ml natural yoghurt
  • 53.75 gm caster sugar
  • 20.00 gm self-raising flour
  • 2 eggs, lightly beaten
  • 4.40 gm vanilla extract
  • 100g packet flaked almonds
Instructions:
  • Heat your oven to a toasty 180°C.
  • First, strategically arrange the vibrant berries into a 23cm pie dish. Next, mix together the creamy yogurt, 2 tablespoons of sugar, flour, eggs, and fragrant vanilla. Gently spread this delightful mixture over the bed of berries. Finally, bake in the oven for 20 minutes until golden perfection.
  • After baking, garnish the dish with almonds and a mixture of cinnamon and the remaining sugar. Return to the oven and bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until golden brown.
