Try "The Lucy: a refreshing summer cocktail with fresh lemon thyme, raspberry vodka, and lime La Croix®."
Ingredients:
  • 1 cup water
  • 3 sprigs lemon thyme
  • 0.5 fluid ounce lemon juice
  • 5 fresh raspberries, divided
  • ice
  • 1.5 fluid ounces raspberry vodka
  • 1 cup lime-flavored sparkling water (such as La Croix®), or as needed
  • 0.5 slice lemon
  • 1 sprig lemon thyme
Instructions:
  • In a small saucepan, gently heat water, sugar, and 3 sprigs of lemon thyme while stirring until bubbles form and sugar dissolves. This should take around 5 minutes. Remove from heat and let it steep for about 10 minutes before straining out the lemon thyme.
  • In a tall glass, combine 1/2 fluid ounce of lemon thyme syrup, lemon juice, and 3 raspberries. Muddle together. Fill the glass with ice and vodka, then stir briskly with a long spoon until well chilled. Top off with sparkling water.
  • Top the dish with the remaining raspberries, a fresh lemon slice, and a sprig of fragrant lemon thyme for an added burst of flavor and visual appeal.
