Elevate classic M&M's® cookies with pudding mix for ultimate tenderness, chewiness, and ease. Festive red and green M&M's® and vanilla baking chips create a deliciously irresistible holiday treat in no time.
Ingredients:
  • 2 1/2 cups Gold Medal™ all-purpose flour
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup butter, softened
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 3/4 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1 box (4-serving size) Jell-O® vanilla instant pudding and pie filling mix
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 cups green and red M&M's® milk chocolate candies
  • 1 cup white vanilla baking chips
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 350°F while combining flour, baking soda, and salt in a medium bowl; set aside.
  • In a large bowl, cream together butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until fluffy using an electric mixer. Add dry pudding mix and blend well. Mix in eggs one at a time until smooth, then add vanilla. Gradually mix in the flour mixture on low speed until well combined. Fold in chocolate candies and white chips until incorporated.
  • Place rounded tablespoonfuls of dough about 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheets.
  • Bake for 9 to 11 minutes until lightly browned. Let cool for 2 minutes, then transfer to a cooling rack. Allow to cool completely for about 15 minutes before storing in an airtight container at room temperature.
